You can find 5 different categories on our app (with more coming soon!), and you’re able to filter through the available tags for that one person whose skills perfectly match the requirements of your job!
For example, if you are looking for a handyman, just simply click on the category from the home page, and you will be able to see the list of all available people who added the handyman category to their profile. Now to make your search more accurate, you can simply select from the tags available at the top of the page, and that will filter for more accurate results and show you the people with that specific skill or experience.
Process of contacting the tasker:
After choosing the tasker from that specific category that you are looking for, you can click on their card to view their full profile. The profile allows you to know more about that person, from reading their about me section, to checking their availability and even the pricing if available. Once you make up your mind about that person, you can now click on “send request” and then choose the date where you would need that help.
Now go to the ”Requests” page, and check the sent request which is also a chat area!
You can now chat with the person you selected and send them more details about the task :)
The person you sent the request to, will now receive a message on his end, where has the option to accept or decline your request according to their circumstances and preferences.
Process of becoming a tasker:
After you login to our app you are now able to see all the different categories that we offer to our users, and where you are also able to contribute with your skills and talents!
Simply navigate to your “Profile” page and click on the toggle on top to become an active tasker on KhidmeHero.
Now you can choose an active category or categories where you can help with, as well a big selection of tags that we offer for you to choose from, in order for people find you more easily!
Now people will be able to find you in their search, and hence be able to contact you for a new task.
You will receive new requests from people, which you can find in the “Requests” page, then select “received requests”. You as a tasker are now able to open the request and start chatting with the person who requested you, and that same chat page will also give you the options to either accept or decline that request, and it will then notify the other party.
